Lindsay Bernstein, Esq.
Attending College at the age of 16, I received my B.A. in Political Science in 2003 from Drew University. In 2006 I graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law. Upon graduation, I moved to New Jersey to raise my family. After a brief period of time in New York City, I am now back in New Jersey and proud to call it my home.
For the past 13 years, I have dedicated myself to the practice of all Municipal Court and Criminal Matters. My countless hours spent in Court throughout the State and time negotiating with Prosecutors has helped me understand how traffic related matters are handled in New Jersey. While Municipal Courts throughout the State permit for plea bargaining, each Court is unique in their handling. My experience in each County in New Jersey has provided me with the foundation to understanding how that particular Court functions and realistic expectations for possible outcomes.
I pride my practice on working with each client to diligently represent their rights. The truth is that the legal system is not user friendly. I want to be able to provide my clients with a strong understanding of the law and a seamless path to navigate the system. I will help walk you through the process and answer your questions along the way. We all encounter difficult times but with the assistance of someone who knows the law and how the system operates; the process can be much more manageable. As a woman and mother, I understand that legal issues often become family issues. I also understand the emotional and financial concerns that accompany most legal issues. I have seen how other firms are focused on the hire and then fall short of the customer service each client deserves. I’m here to change the way you feel about your attorney!
